Greenbrae

With its sunny weather and central Marin County location, Greenbrae is a big draw for homebuyers who want proximity to abundant open space and modern amenities. Greenbrae began as a model community, planned and developed by late builder Niels Schultz in the 1940s. Great care was taken to retain the original oak trees that graced its rolling hillsides. A multi-use path ambles beside Corte Madera Creek, giving Greenbrae’s residents a welcome place to stretch their legs and observe wood ducks and egrets.
